Abstract

The methodology is relevant for good data collection. In this article, the researcher explains the significance of the Servant Leadership Surveys of van Dierendonck and Nuijten, as a measuring tool, in the researcher’s study titled “Strengthening Servant Leadership from a Bottom-Up Perspective for Developing and Growing Leaders in Ministry.” The researcher discussed how the eight domains were significant to the methodology process and decision. The methodology revealed to the researcher the views of project participants about the Servant Leadership Surveys (SLS) as a measuring tool. The research was conducted with participants from different ministries and locales.
