Abstract

This paper provide an outcome of interview responses received from participants about the use of Whatsap as a possibly ble alternative for flexible learning in Sierra Leone's higher education system. There was also a scope for alternative means of learning platform to be used, which would create better means of collaboration between learners and tutors.
