Pursuing my Doctoral degree in school mental health and the role of teachers in supporting students with special educational needs, I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to surround myself with stakeholders who support my vision. -Bachelors in Business Economics (BBE) with a specialisation in Econometrics and International Finance helped me learn resilience, organisational skills, and maintaining interpersonal relationships. -Masters in Social Work (MSW) with a specialisation in Teaching and Supervision in Social Work and Education allowed me to contextualise my two years of teaching students from a low-income community of Delhi. My further work in an international school for the next two years, therefore, were focussed on differentiated teaching methodologies and one-on-one holistic support for my students using pastoral care and social work skills. Teaching and researching for new methods of teaching for students with special educational needs gives me immense joy.
