Reglobalization and Islamic Fashion: Aesthetic Inclusiveness or Ideological Fragmentation?

In a context of 'reglobalization' of the world the paper discusses factors affecting fashion aesthetic values and global consciousness in hijab fashion production, circulation, and consumption among ‘Mipsterz’. Theoretically informed and methodologically articulated, the paper also discusses the function of the image as political theory.
