This is a condensed version of the author's phenomenological doctoral study on "negative capability." Fourteen leaders were interviewed using the IPA approach to data collection and interpretation. This should be of interest to counselors, psychotherapists, leaders, conflict mediators, and anyone interested in the work of John Keats.
