Glass Cliff to Glass Cave: The Leadership Challenge of Belonging
The purpose of this paper is to offer descriptions of the possible next steps in the evolution of the climb to executive leadership positions, termed the glass cave. The discussion concludes with suggestions for moving beyond the glass cave to create a glass tunnel, or broad path to growth and advancement as well as recommendations for future research directions.
