So far housing study has not been theoretically well built. The motive behind
this paper is to capitalize on gap knowledge. In view of that this article was
organized to enhance knowledge organization of housing in both theoretical and
substantive sense. Hopefully, this paper will be treated with good face by your
esteemed organization. Researcher pledged to accommodate your feedback
expecting that it promotes quality and acceptance of the paper at both local
and international readers. Thus, the publication of this paper will add novel
