The study used the qualitative research design, where data was collected through semi-structured interviews between August 2019 and January 2020. The qualitative data gathered were exposed to an analysis where transcripts were dissected and themes identified within the collected data. The themes discovered then underwent verification, confirmation and qualification by searching through the data and repeating the process to identify further themes and categories.
