Abstract

Data were collected in two waves. For the first wave, participants were requested to fill in “team-member exchange” and “team job crafting” questionnaires and some demographic information that could be used as identification labels. The second wave questionnaires were distributed to the same participants one month after they returned their first wave questionnaires. The second wave questionnaires including “regulatory focus” and “individual job crafting” and some demographic information that could be used to identify the participants. The returned questionnaires’ data for two waves would be analyzed by dyad method.The questionnaires were distributed to 123 teams and each team contains 2 to 4 persons. Finally, there were 108 teams, with 442 members returning their questionnaires. The response rate was 87.8%. Deleting invalid returned questionnaires resulted in 91 teams (or 364 valid questionnaires).
