The Practicing Degree Of Professional Empowerment Standards Among The
Arab Elementary School Principals In Israel
Abstract
This study aimed at identifying the practicing degree of professional
empowerment standards among the school principals, the survey&
questionnaire was used as a study, and its Validity and Reliability, and
test- retest method. in sample of (194) principals. The study findings
that the practicing degree of professional empowerment standards was
medium& the dimensions came respectively: (organizational climate,
instruction management, relationship management, the vision and
strategic planning), there are differences in the practicing degree,
experience, qualification. While there aren’t significant to gender. The
study recommended delegating the authority to empower them making
decision and involving the school community in developing the public
school policies.
